YSL Marketing Pty Ltd

Overview

YSL Marketing Pty Ltd provides professional marketing, digital marketing, consulting, strategy, advertising, content creation, and related business services. Due to the nature of these services, all payments made to YSL Marketing Pty Ltd are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds

YSL Marketing Pty Ltd does not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges for any services purchased, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing strategy and consulting

  • Digital advertising management

  • Social media management

  • Content creation

  • Website development and optimisation

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

  • Email marketing

  • Graphic design services

  • Project-based work

  • Retainer agreements

  • Training and workshops

Once work has commenced, resources have been allocated, or services have been scheduled, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Change in business circumstances

  • Delays caused by the client

  • Failure to utilise purchased services

  • Dissatisfaction arising from factors outside YSL Marketing Pty Ltd's control

  • Business performance, sales outcomes, or marketing results not meeting expectations

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, content, assets, and feedback required to complete agreed services. Delays or failures by the client to provide necessary information do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Service Results

While YSL Marketing Pty Ltd aims to deliver high-quality professional services, marketing outcomes can be influenced by numerous external factors. As such, specific business, sales, lead generation, website traffic, or advertising performance results cannot be guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund.

Cancellation of Ongoing Services

Where services are provided under a monthly retainer or ongoing agreement, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be subject to the notice period outlined in the relevant service agreement. Any fees already paid remain non-refundable.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, YSL Marketing Pty Ltd will comply with its obligations under applicable consumer protection legislation.
