Privacy & Terms

Last updated: July 2026. This page explains how YSL Marketing collects, uses and protects your information, and the terms that apply to this website.

Privacy Policy

YSL Marketing ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details and anything you include when you submit an enquiry or book a discovery call. When you use our site, we also collect standard technical data (such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited) through analytics tools.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct discovery calls, deliver our services, send information you've requested, and improve our website. We only use your information for the purpose you provided it, or a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may set cookies that collect anonymised usage data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.

Third-party services

We use trusted third-party providers to run our business, including our booking and CRM platform (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel), Google (Analytics and Ads), and our email marketing platform. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy obligations. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Storage & security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Some of our providers may store data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing contact@yslconsulting.com.au. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
