What we collect

Only what you choose to give us. That includes your name, email, phone number, business details, yearly revenue range, the service you are interested in, and anything you write when you send an enquiry or book a call.

When you use the site we also collect standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through analytics tools.

The free tools (the Marketing Hours Calculator, Revenue Calculator and Hand-over Planner) work out your results in your browser. The numbers you type are not stored by us unless you ask for your results by email.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, schedule and run calls, deliver the work you engage us for, send you what you asked for, and improve the site. We use your information for the reason you gave it to us, or a closely related reason you would reasonably expect.

If you join our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and analytics, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, to understand how people use it. These tools may set cookies that collect anonymised usage data. Your choice on the cookie notice is saved in your browser.

You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers to run the business:

• Shopify, which hosts this website and receives the enquiry form
• LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), our booking calendar and CRM
• Google, for analytics and advertising
• Our email marketing platform

These providers process data on our behalf and have their own privacy obligations. We never sell your personal information.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Some providers store data outside Australia. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in line with the APPs.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing contact@yslconsulting.com.au.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will work to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fees, timing and terms. Prices on this site are in Australian dollars, plus GST, and are confirmed in that agreement.

Marketing results depend on many things, including your product, your market and how recommendations are put into action. Past results, including any figures on this site, are examples and not a promise of future performance.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, frameworks, tools and branding, belongs to YSL Marketing unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse it without permission.

Liability and governing law

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
